What To Expect
Welcome to The Creek!
It can be a big deal to walk into a new place for the first time. It is our goal to provide welcoming and engaging worship opportunities. Here is more information about what to expect when you come through our doors.
What are our services like?
Our services are approximately 75 minutes. You can expect authentic worship through music, a relevant message from the Bible, and depending on the week, you could also experience communion, baptisms, or an update from one of our missionaries.
We strive to provide an atmosphere where friendships can begin and community can be developed.
Who We Are
Our Purpose and Vision
The Creek exists to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, while building up the body of Christ. God has laid out very clearly in his Word the life he intends for each person on this planet. Our desire is to see his will accomplished in every person that crosses our path. We love and care for people because God loves and cares for people. The Creek seeks to see God’s word become a reality in the lives of people.
What is available for my kids?
You and your children are welcome to worship together in one of our worship services, or our Creek Kids Ministry has caring, trained volunteers who are faithfully committed to teaching and sharing God’s Word with kids, birth through 5th grade in an age appropriate way.
What is the music like?
Our music involves a worship team, and we combine current expressions of worship with timeless songs from our heritage. No matter the presentation of the music, we are committed to consistently and authentically worshiping God with all our heart, mind and soul.
What we Believe
Our beliefs are based on Jesus’ command to “LOVE”. ~ Matthew 23:37-39
LOVE GOD
We believe that God is the creator of everything and that he exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe that God created us to worship Him and give Him glory.

We believe the Bible to be God’s Word, a true and fully accurate account of God’s love for us. It’s purpose is to teach us how to have a relationship with Him, worship Him and bring Him glory.

LOVE EACH OTHER
We believe that Jesus established his body on earth in the church and that the church is a community that exists for the purpose of declaring the Gospel and Glory of Jesus throughout the world.

We believe the church is a family and that every believer should be fortified with a local body of believers for the purpose of encouragement, spiritual growth and accountability.

LOVE OUR WORLD
We believe God cares about every need of every person and that the church, as Christ’s body, is to show His love and care for every person. Every member of the church is called to be a minister of the gospel through acts of loving service and a willingness to share the truth of the gospel with everyone at every opportunity.
